As part of the CSOP (CSR) initiative of CS Zone Pvt. Limited, a five-day Rescue & Emergency Response Training was conducted for Cyber Scouts in collaboration with the Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122).
The training was led by experienced emergency response professionals, including Shift In-Charge Asif Jameel and Emergency Medical Technician Sajid Jameel. Participants were trained in essential life-saving skills, emergency handling techniques, and safe response procedures.
This initiative aimed to prepare Cyber Scouts as community-ready volunteers, capable of providing immediate assistance during natural disasters, road accidents, medical emergencies, and crisis situations.
Training Objectives
The training focused on developing practical emergency response capabilities among Cyber Scouts, including:
-
Building awareness of first aid and early emergency response
-
Preparing Cyber Scouts to assist during earthquakes, floods, storms, and road accidents
-
Developing confidence to handle real-life emergencies while following safety protocols
-
Strengthening coordination skills for working alongside professional rescue teams
Impact
The five-day training significantly enhanced the emergency preparedness of participating Cyber Scouts. Trainees gained practical life-saving skills, improved their ability to respond calmly under pressure, and developed a strong understanding of early response and safety protocols.
