The CSOP (CSR initiative of CS Zone Pvt. Limited) has strengthened its victim-support framework through a comprehensive training initiative led by Mr. Agha Sadaf Mehdi. This specialized session targeted the refinement of communication and empathy-driven interaction for the Stress Counseling Desk team. By empowering Cyber Scouts with professional media and counseling techniques, the initiative ensures that every response to cyber harassment is handled with both technical precision and psychological care

Purpose of the Session

The training aimed to strengthen counselors’ ability to:

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with distressed individuals

  • Build trust during online counseling interactions

  • Handle sensitive conversations with confidence

  • Manage emotional pressure during crisis calls

  • Apply effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
