How to report Cyber Crime

What kind of Complaints can be entertained by NR3C ?

  • Un-Authorized Accessed (Physical Information system, digital data, personal Identity)
  • Email hacking, Fake id on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus)
  • Online Fund Transfer Fraud through bank, ATM, Easy paisa, U-paisa, Time pay or any other online fund transfer facility
  • Impersonation and defamation on social media ( Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus)

How can get update / Progress of my complaint ?

  • You can email (helpdesk@nr3c.gov.pk) or contact on 051-9106384 or mobile no: 03366006060 for any query against you complaint and update progress.
  • you can go Cyber Crime Zones office directly in order to register complaint personally with your written application and relevant material
  • You can visit website of nr3c and register your complaint or you can email on helpdesk@nr3c.gov.pk or send written application with your complete credentials (Name, Address, CNIC, and Contact No.) and details of your complaint to the Director NR3C-FIA, National Police Foundation Building, 2nd Floor, Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad
  • After receiving the complaint with proper and complete information, Helpdesk will reply your email by assigning CCHD/# (Cyber Crime Helpdesk Number) within 24 hours.
  • Your complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department/zone relevant to your complaint's subject after the approval of the competent authority of NR3C.
